Jayan, Mayilswamy, Shakeela Chitti Babu and others Directed by : Dharani Music by : Vidyasagar Vikram, an illiterate villager, travels to the city to meet minister,Shayaji Shinde, who is from his constituency. The lake in his village is being polluted by effluents from a factory and he hopes to convince the minister to close down the factory. Accompanying Vikram are Jyothika and her granny. Vikram succeeds in submitting his petition but soon learns minister is a wolf in sheep's clothing who is in cahoots with a local rowdy Swarnakka and her gang of hoodlums. So, Vikram becomes determined to unmask him.
