தேசத்திலே குடியிருக்கிற எபூசியர்மேல் யுத்தம்பண்ண ராஜாவானவன் தன் மனுஷரோடேகூட எருசலேமுக்குப் போனான் அவர்கள்: இதிலே பிரவேசிக்க தாவீதினால் கூடாது என்று எண்ணி, தாவீதை நோக்கி: நீ இதற்குள் பிரவேசிப்பதில்லை, குருடரும் சப்பாணிகளும் உன்னைத் தடுப்பார்கள் என்று சொன்னார்கள்.
